Ms. Meena Nayak

English & GD/PI

She is a Post Graduate in English literature, PGDTE (Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching English) from English & Foreign Language University (EFLU) Hyderabad and Post Graduate Diploma in HRM. A teacher in English since the year 1991 she is an experienced faculty in preparing students for English paper in various competitive examinations, grooming students in communicative English and ultimately preparing them to be proficient in various soft skills and facing the Interview Boards and participating in Group Discussion.

Sudhanshu Sekhar Swain

Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & IT

MBA (Systems & HR) from IBCS, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, MCA from North Orissa University, M.Tech in Information Technology from CET, Bhubaneswar & Diploma in Advance Software Technology from CMC Computer Education (A Govt. Of India Enterprises). Mr. Swain is excellent in teaching IT paper since last 12 years and takes care of Reasoning sessions at our institute along with IT paper to the total satisfaction of our students.

Mr. Ashok Mahapatra

A passionate trainer, at Talent Sigma, who believes in “enabling” participants to think, interact and learn practical techniques to be more successful at work. Prior to pursuing his interests in Education, Training and Entrepreneurship, Mr. Mahapatra had served in senior leadership positions in Fortune 500 companies in the USA & UK for over 20 years. He is a B.Tech from NIT Rourkela in Computer Science and MBA from Rutgers University, USA. He is a National Scholastic Honorary Society Member of Beta-Gamma-Sigma of USA. He has pioneered many Business Intelligence and Optimization strategies for Fortune 100 Health Care, Manufacturing and Logistics Companies using Large Volume of Disparate Enterprise Data. Under his leadership multiple patents in Supply-chain Management Processes were filed by Target. Mr. Mahapatra was the GM for Target Corporation, USA and known for his Management philosophy in leadership development. He had served in the leading team with Mr. Jack Welch’s E’s of Excellence Leadership Framework and has served in many CIO/CTO advisory boards, while grooming numerous mid level managers. He has been part of the “train the trainer” program in AT&T, United Health, ICICI Infotech and Fujitsu and the “managing the managers” program at Target. He promotes technical seminars and workshops all over the country through IR Net. He brings day to day corporate life to training class rooms and helps participants gain relevant practical experiences.

Mr. Paresh Ch. Mohanty

An experienced trainer in Organisational Behaviour & Personality Development, he has been associated directly with training & development since 1998. Groomed as a faculty by the RBI training college Mumbai, he is a qualified trainer in his areas from the Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD), New Delhi. Mr.Mohanty has served Bank of Baroda training centre, Kolkata for more than five years and a freelancer with a successful track record. In addition to bank of Baroda he has conducted training and development programs for NABARD, Andhra Bank, Oriental Bank of commerce, Dena bank etc. and is associated with corporate like NALCO ,NTPC, OHPC , SOG, BijuPatnaik Police Academy in Odisha, and conducts programs for BASIX Academy, BSFL and KBS LAB outside Odisha. He is associated with DTB in east Africa for conducting various trainings for the organisations. He has the credit of designing and conducting more than 800 training and development programmes in India and abroad, has taken not less than 4000 sessions and has interacted with more than 16000 participants. A well accepted trainer in adult learning Mr.Mohanty’s success lies with- “creating an environment where learning takes place.”

Ms. Meena Nayak

An MBA in HR and a MA in English Literature. She started her career as an English teacher with St. Mary School, Odisha; Consequently, Ms. Nayakhas been a trainer in OrganizationalBehaviour and personality development for the last 20 years in India and abroad. She is an expert in Business communication and handles sessions on Human Resources Development skillfully. As a teacher /trainer she has been coaching people to improve their English Communication and groom them to participate in Group Discussion and Personal Interview. She has mastered the techniques of using audio visual aids, Management games, and various behavioral instruments to inspire people to learn while participating in training.

Mr. Manmath Dalei

A highly experienced administrator and financial expert , having 37 years of experience in managerial positions with various organizations in India , Europe & Africa , Mr Dalei is a firm believer in improving the quality of employees through continuous training inputs. He has worked with State Bank of India in India & London as functional head, BNP Paribas at Paris ( France) as Regional Head Corporate, MD & CEO of Diamond Trust Bank in East Africa , MD & CEO of BSFL the oldest NBFC in India & also the MD & CEO of KBS LAD a local area bank in South India. Having vast administrative experience Mr Dalei shares his expertise along with managerial skills to convince trainees about managing their work with greater ease. During his service life he has groomed thousands of employees to accept higher responsibilities and execute them with precision. An acclaimed trainer in Organisational behavior Mr. Dalei makes great impact on trainees by sharing practical experiences.

Ms. Binita Misra

An image consultant with over 12 years of prior experience as a senior IT consultant in US and India. Ms. Misra has implemented many creative and effective soft skills and business communication training methodologies, drawing out of real life industry experiences. She has the expertise in Placement training including GD/PI, Team Building and Leadership trainings. She spearheads Case Study Analyses workshops for many MBA Institutes. Her experience in complete life cycle of IT projects comes handy in mentoring trainees on services industry. She has undergone professional training in Effective Management Skills/Managing People, Art of Negotiation and Unlock Your Creativity Workshops from British Council along with Soft Skills Training from Maple Grove Community Center, MN, USA.

Ms. Smaranika Panda

Ms. Panda has the expertise in teaching psychology. She has nearly 12 years of experience in counseling school students specially for enhancing study skills, time management skills, stress management skills and counseling parents and teachers for methods on parenting and guiding children of various age groups specially adolescents. She is presently associated with Expressions India, New Delhi, as Trainer, DPS Kalinga as Counselor and Psychology teacher (Visiting) and Guest faculty-Business Communication at National Institute of Hotel Management.

Ms. Panda has proven ability in planning and conducting training programs for teachers, parents, students to ensure healthy and overall development of students, teachers and staff members. She possess Skills in handling testing and analysis of psychological tests (aptitude tests, personality tests, self concept tests, anxiety tests etc.), and conducting independently stress management, conflict management, personality development, team building and motivational programs.
